• The Spartacus HD Tire Carrier Kit for Wrangler JL is the ideal solution for mounting your oversized spare wheel and tire combo. Functionally designed to manage the amplified force and vibrations produced during extreme off-road conditions, delivering impressive strength/stability with a factory-quality appearance. The precision die-cast aluminum Hinge Casting provides maximum strength without the excessive weight of traditional steel carriers. This one-piece design maintains easy, one-handed access to the rear cargo area, rigidly linking the tail gate to the reinforced section of the rear quarter panel. This, in combination with forged steel hinge brackets and hardened steel pins, results in far superior load-bearing capacity than the factory tailgate hinges, effectively reducing wear and greatly increasing longevity. All finished in a tough satin black powder coat finish that defies the elements. When paired with our Spartacus HD Wheel Mount, the result is a tailgate tire carrier mount so capable, you can haul spare combos up to 40-inches in diameter.
